Thank you for using 2TRACK. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our mobile application.

2TRACK is a privacy-first audio comparison application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices. Simply put: we do not collect, transmit, store, or share any of your personal data or audio files.

2. INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT

We do not collect, access, transmit, or store:

Your audio files or recordings
Your session data, notes, or comments
Your name, email address, or contact information (unless you contact us for support)
Your device information or usage analytics
Your location data
Any personally identifiable information

3. DATA STORAGE

All data created in 2TRACK is stored exclusively on your device:

Audio files you import are stored in the app's secure local storage
Session names, timestamps, and notes are stored locally using iOS secure storage mechanisms
Profile information (if provided) is stored locally on your device
No data is transmitted to our servers or any third-party servers
We have no ability to access your data

4. DATA BACKUP

Your data may be backed up to iCloud if you have iCloud Backup enabled on your device. This backup is managed entirely by Apple and is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your iCloud backups.

5. IN-APP PURCHASES

Subscription purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store:

We do not collect or store your payment information
Apple handles all payment processing
Your subscription status is verified through Apple's servers
Purchase information is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy
We only receive confirmation that a valid subscription exists (yes/no), with no personal information

6. DATA DELETION

To delete all your data:

Simply delete the 2TRACK app from your device
All locally stored data will be permanently removed
If you have iCloud Backup enabled, you may need to remove the app from your iCloud backup separately

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use the following Apple services:

App Store (for app distribution and in-app purchases)
StoreKit (for subscription management)

These services are subject to Apple's Privacy Policy, available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/

We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

2TRACK does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. The app does not require any personal information to use. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with information, please contact us, and we will take steps to delete such information.

9. INTERNATIONAL USERS

2TRACK is available worldwide. All data is stored locally on your device, regardless of your location. We do not transfer any data internationally because we do not collect or transmit any data.

10. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Since we do not collect any personal information, there is no personal data for us to provide, modify, or delete. All your data exists solely on your device under your control.

Since we do not collect data, these rights are inherently protected.

11. DATA SECURITY

While we do not collect or transmit data, we take the following security measures:

All local data is stored using iOS secure storage mechanisms
Audio files are stored in the app's sandboxed directory
Access to the app can be protected by your device's security features (Face ID, Touch ID, passcode)

12. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the app and will include the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Under GDPR, you have rights regarding your personal data. Since 2TRACK does not collect any personal information, there is no personal data for us to process, access, rectify, erase, or port.
